WE USE ROYAL MAIL FOR OUR DELIVERY SERVICES 

 

FOR UK ORDERS:

All parcels will be dispatched via a fully tracked and insured service with Royal Mail.*

This normally means that a signature will be required for delivery.

If items are ordered before midday we will aim to dispatch them as soon as possible on the same or next working day. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. We do endeavour to dispatch within the stated timelines but there are sometimes minor delays for reasons beyond our control.

If you have specific timelines in mind, please write a note to us in the bag area and we will endeavour to help. 

We are very happy to dispatch to work addresses but cannot be held accountable for items that are not received by you, having been signed for by those other than the intended recipient.

*not valid for orders which total under £15.00 or when reduced shipping has been charged for an event – these orders may be sent out via 1st or 2nd class post.

During our main sale periods orders may take up to 3 working days to process and dispatch.

Return costs are at the customer’s expense and risk so we advise using a tracked and insured service.

FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS - POST BREXIT:

We will post to UK-based organisations who operate forwarding addresses and who will post into the EU and beyond (this is at your expense) but we will NOT accept liability or risk for any loss of item once it has been delivered to the UK-based organisation address.

If you choose to use one of these UK forwarding-on services, you do so entirely at your own risk (and expense) and you should check that they offer you a returns service too - we will not accept returns from an overseas address. All other returns conditions apply.

Direct postal services to the EU and the rest of the world are currently suspended due to the post-Brexit regulations. As a small business we have had to weigh up the disproportionate paperwork and costs of meeting the new regulations.
