Gift Vouchers

GIFT E-VOUCHERS AND PRINTED GIFT CARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Printed Gift Cards and Gift E-vouchers can be purchased here.

Printed Gift Cards and Gift E-vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and can only be redeemed against products listed on www.fivesixblue.co.uk.

Printed Gift Cards and Gift E-vouchers are non-transferable to any other shop or online store and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

You may use more than one Printed Gift Card or Gift E-voucher code on a single order.

Relevant Shipping charges are applicable on products purchased with Printed Gift Card and Gift E-vouchers.

Printed Gift Card or Gift E-voucher codes may be used in conjunction with other promotional or discount codes.

Promotional or discount codes will only apply to the purchase of Printed Gift Cards or Gift E-vouchers when specifically stated in the promotion/discount terms and conditions.

If your order value is less than the value of the Printed Gift Card or Gift E-voucher, then you will receive a bespoke credit note code for the difference for use on future orders.

If your order value exceeds the value of the Printed Gift Card or Gift E-Voucher, then the remaining balance must be paid via our usual payment gateway methods.

Should you need to return products that have been purchased using a Printed Gift Card or Gift E-voucher, and all our Returns procedures have been met, then a bespoke credit note code will be generated for the equivalent value of the Printed Gift Card or Gift E-voucher, or portion thereof, used in the original purchase. This code can be used for future orders. We will not refund money to you for returned orders paid for in Printed Gift Cards or Gift E-vouchers.

If the order is only part returned, and a Printed Gift Card or Gift E-voucher was used as part payment, the equivalent bespoke credit note code will be issued after other money spent is proportionately taken into account for refund. You cannot receive more money in refund than was paid in the original part payment.

Five Six Blue Boutique is not responsible if a Printed Gift Card or Gift E-voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Five Six Blue Boutique reserves the right to cancel a Printed Gift Card or Gift E-voucher code if we deem it necessary to do so.

Five Six Blue Boutique reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

 

PRINTED GIFT CARDS ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

To purchase a Printed Gift Card, select from the choices of: £50, £25 or £10 until the appropriate monetary sum is reached (multiple Printed Gift Cards can be selected to make up the desired amount required).

In the checkout area, you will need to add your details to the Billing Address area, but you may choose to have your Printed Gift Card delivered to another recipient. You will need to fill out their details in the Shipping Address area, along with any message that you would like us to include from you. We will not pass on any lewd messages or any that we consider contain inappropriate language.

Printed Gift Cards will be sent out with an envelope to your chosen delivery address with a unique code (s) specific to your chosen voucher amount, email address and date of purchase. Each code can only be used once.

Five Six Blue Boutique cannot be held responsible or replace lost, damaged or stolen Printed Gift Cards.

You may use more than one Printed Gift Card code on a single order.

 

GIFT E-VOUCHERS ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

To purchase a Gift E-voucher from Five Six Blue Boutique, select from the choices of: £100, £50, £25 or £10 until the appropriate monetary sum is reached (multiple Gift E-Vouchers can be selected to make up the desired amount required).

In the checkout area, you will need to enter your full name and address details for payment, including your email address. This information is required by our payment gateways and is also needed so that you receive a receipt for your purchase.

The Gift E-voucher will be sent to you separately from your order receipt, is in the form of a JPEG and will contain a unique code(s) specific to your chosen voucher amount, email address and date of purchase. Gift E-voucher codes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and will contain a ‘valid until’ date. Each code can only be used once.

If you are purchasing a Gift E-voucher for someone else as a present, and you would like the Gift E-voucher to be sent directly from us, then you will need to enter the recipients email address on the Checkout Page where it says ‘Additional Information’. Use this box to indicate the recipients name, email address and any message from you. We will not pass on any lewd messages or any that we consider contain inappropriate language.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct email address for your recipient as we cannot be held responsible if someone else uses the Gift E-voucher because of an incorrectly entered email address. In addition, we cannot be held responsible if Gift E-vouchers are lost, deleted, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.

It is your responsibility to check that the Gift E-voucher has been received by your recipient and their responsibility to keep the Gift E-voucher safe. In addition, we cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to any recipient’s email address because of filters, firewalls, or any other factor outside of our control that would limit mail reaching a recipients mailbox.
